Do I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING?
We include shipping costs and a return label for all Canadian addresses. If you are outside of Canada, we will still ship to you, there may be an additional shipping charge.
DOES ANYONE SHOW UP TO FILM?
What's so special about this type of wedding videography is that it's filmed from the perspective of the people closest to you - not a videographer you have never met. Then it is professionally edited for you afterwards.
how FAR IN ADVANCE DO I BOOK?
You can book as early as 18 months in advance, and as close as 1 week before your event date, as long as we have cameras available! We recommend 4-6 months ahead.
IS THE CAMCORDER HARD TO USE?
Absolutely not!! We have chosen the highest quality mixed with ease of use. You will get a basic instruction guide included; no professional experience is required.
when will i RECIEVE THE CAMCORDERS?
Most packages include a 6-day rental period. For Saturday events, we suggest selecting Wednesday to Monday, so you have enough time before your wedding.
WHEN WILL I GET MY VIDEOS BACK?
You will recieve all of your raw footage within 2-3 weeks after we get your camcorder back. Your edited video will be ready 6-8 weeks after your wedding!
